REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At TMKT Sportswear, we want you to be confident when shopping with us. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns, cancellations, and refunds in line with UK consumer law.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK CONSUMER RIGHTS)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

  • This right applies after delivery, even if your order has already been packed or shipped.
  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellation does not affect order processing or shipment before delivery.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels
  • Items must not show signs of use, damage, or wear

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

4. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@tmktsportswear.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions
  4. Securely package the item and send it back following the instructions provided

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

5. REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law
  • Express or upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable

6. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tmktsportswear.co.uk.

In these cases:

  • Return postage will be covered by us where appropriate
  • Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected

7. EXCLUSIONS

We reserve the right to refuse returns where:

  • Items have been used, worn, or damaged
  • Items are returned outside the 14-day cancellation period
  • Items are not returned in their original condition and packaging
