1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

  • We currently offer standard shipping within the United Kingdom only.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.
  • Free standard shipping is available on UK orders over £70.
  • Orders under £70 will be charged the applicable shipping rate displayed at checkout.

3. SHIPPING TIMES

  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided by the courier.

5. DELIVERY

  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for certain orders.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you once the items are delivered to the address provided.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
  • International shipping is not currently available.

7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled before delivery.
  • You retain your legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. SHIPPING DELAYS

  • While we aim to deliver orders promptly, TMKT Sportswear is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
